WiFi Finder alkalmazások - törölték az App Store -ból
In ultima vreme alma a inceput sa scoata din ce in ce mai multe Alkalmazások TÓL TŐL Alkalmazásbolt, aparent fara nici un motiv intemeiat. Ultimele “victime” care au fost “expulzate” din magazinul virtual Apple au fost aplicatiile WiFi finder.
Unul dintre developerii respectivelor aplicatii declara zilele trecute ca motivul pentru care aplicatia sa, WiFi-Where, a fost scoasa de la vanzare din App Store are legatura cu “private framework”:
We received a very unfortunate e-mail today from Apple stating that WiFi-Where has been removed from sale on the App Store for using private frameworks to access wireless information.
Insa ce anume reprezinta “private framework” nu s-a lamurit exact, desi s-a incercat explicarea termenului:
Private frameworks mean that they’re not to be used by third-party developers and Apple can (and likely will) change them at will (thereby likely breaking apps that aren’t supposed to be using those frameworks). In many cases, security is the issue. Any developer who decides to use Apple’s private frameworks should be aware that they risk App Store rejection or removal of their apps without notice and should not be surprised if and when either event happens.
Posesorilor de iPhone precum si developerilor aplicatiilor WiFi finder nu le ramane decat sa spere ca urmatorul SDK (Software Developement Kit) va include si aceste framework-uri private pentru a remedia aceasta problema.
