HTC announced the Desire 826, an affordable terminal with a 13 MP camera

HTC has recently announced the launch of a new mid-range terminal from the Desire series, namely the Desire 826, following the same design line of the Desire EYE model and offering a set of quite interesting and attractive hardware specifications for the public.

HTC Desire 826 has a 5.5-inch Full HD LCD display (1080p resolution), Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 64-bit octa-core processor with a frequency of 1.7 GHz, Adreno 405 GPU, 2 GB RAM, 16 GB internal storage space expandable via microSD, 13 MP main camera with f/2.2 aperture and 4 MP UltraPixel (or 13 MP) front camera with aperture f/2.0, 2600 mAh battery and support for LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth, NFC and GPS connectivity.

The device runs the Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system over which the Sense UI interface is superimposed and is equipped with the BoomSound audio system. At the moment, it is not known what the Desire 826's retail price will be, but the terminal will be available starting at the end of January in China, and it will later be launched in other regions.
