WiFi Finder applications - Deleted from the App Store

Lately Apple he started to take out more and more Applications FROM App Store, apparently for no good reason. The last "victims" who were "expelled" from Apple virtual store were the applications WiFi finder.

One of the developers of those applications declared the other day that the reason why his application, WiFi-Where, has been removed from the App Store is related to "private framework”:

We received a very unfortunate e-mail today from Apple stating that WiFi-Where has been removed from sale on the App Store for using private frameworks to  access wireless information.

But what exactly "private framework" represents has not been clarified exactly, although an explanation of the term has been tried:

Private frameworks mean that they’re not to be used by third-party developers and Apple can (and likely will) change them at will (thereby likely breaking apps that aren’t supposed to be using those frameworks). In many cases, security is the issue. Any developer who decides to use Apple’s private frameworks should be aware that they risk App Store rejection or removal of their apps without notice and should not be surprised if and when either event happens.

Owners of iPhone as well as application developers WiFi finder they can only hope that the next one SDK (Software Developement Kit) will also include these private frameworks to fix this problem.
