Android 2.3 Gingerbread pe HTC Desire, Desire Z si Desire HD?
Nu sunt vesti tocmai bune pentru posesorii de HTC Desire, HTC Desire Z si HTC Desire HD care si-au pus in gand sa instaleze noul Android 2.3 Gingerbread.
Intr-un anunt pe pagina oficiala de facebook a celor de la HTC, a aparut un articol conform caruia device-urile HTC Desire nu vor primi update-ul la Android 2.3 Gingerbread.
Our engineering teams have been working hard for the past few months to find a way to bring Gingerbread to the HTC Desire without compromising the HTC Sense experience you’ve come to expect from our phones. However, we’re sorry to announce that we’ve been forced to accept there isn’t enough memory to allow us both to bring Gingerbread and keep the HTC Sense experience on the HTC Desire. We’re sincerely sorry for the disappointment that this news may bring to some of you.
Daca nu sunteti prea interesati de HTC Sense, pe forumul XDA Developers gasiti ROM Gingerbread neoficial pe care puteti sa-l instalati pe handset-ul dvs. Inainte de a va apuca de treaba va trebui sa descarcati si sa instalati ROM Manager din Android Market.
Cei de la htc au o varianta speciala de android 2.3, cel putin pt desire, dar nu e facuta pt publicul larg. eu am instalat aceasta versiune si pot sa spun ca merge f bine.
